Lagging Stocks Starting To Lead The Way Higher

Stocks that haven't 'felt the love' of the recent massive rally are starting to find 'some love' after today's push higher. The Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) led the charge with an impressive 3.67% on well above average volume. Stocks like DAL, CAKE, DRI, MGM & F all broke out to the upside on strong volume as well.
