Double Top in S&P and Dow?

The S&P 500 ETF (SPY) and the Dow Jones ETF (DIA) both 'have' created potential double-top patterns on the daily charts (more inside the video).

Nasdaq 100 ETF (QQQ) continues to perform the best, while the S&P Midcaps ETF (MDY) is the worst performer of the group.
