QQQ's Explode To New All-Time Highs & Tesla Nearly Hits $1000

What a difference a day can make... The QQQ's hit fresh new all-time closing highs. SPY & DIA both closed back above their key moving averages and just like that... the bulls regained their technical edge on the charts. The DIA however, is still in a 'lower high/lower low' technical formation from its recent all-time high.
