Sep 15 2019 - Bulls In Driver's Seat To Start Week

The bulls finished the week near their all-time highs on SPY, DIA and QQQ. The metals (GLD & SLV) were hit with some selling pressure this past week. The miners performed worse, with both SIL (silver miners ETF) and GDX (gold miners ETF) closing below their respective 50-day SMAs triggering technical sell signals.
