Aug 27 2019 - Russell 2000 on Brink of Breaking Key Support Level

The Russell 2000 performed the worst today and it is now on the brink of a major technical breakdown. The next downside target would be the December lows.

The Banks (XLF) and Transports (IYT) are also both 'on a ledge'. They are now only pennies away from breaking their key technical support levels.
