May 16 2018 - Bulls Doing Just Fine

Despite Tuesday's gap down in the major indexes, the bulls still get the edge on the charts heading into Thursday. The IWM (Russell 2000 ETF) hit new all-time highs again today, while the VIX lost 8.27% and is now back below 14 again.
