Feb 22 2018 - Stocks 'Holding On'...

In yesterday's video, we talked about how the Dow (DIA) was starting to 'roll over'. Today, DIA inched up a little bit but did not clear any upside resistance points. SPY, IWM & MDY seem to be holding onto their moving averages and going nowhere fast. The QQQ's continue to hold up the best. Overall, the technical picture for the major ETFs is 'neutral' heading into Friday.
