Feb 21 2018 - Dow Starting To Roll Over

The Dow was the worst of the indexes today from a technical perspective. The Dow ETF (DIA) is now below its cluster of moving averages and finished near the lows the day. The downside targets are the Feb 9th low (retest) and the 200-day SMA.
