Jan 31 2018 - Small & Midcaps Break Support

The IWM (Small Cap ETF) and MDY (Midcap ETF) both broke below their 20-day EMAs today ending the bulls' short-term run for now. Their downside targets are the 50-day SMAs. Despite today's sell off in IWM, the $RVX actually fell.
